Gathered here are 8 songs to fight for the top spot. Who will win is up to you, but don't just vote for the songs you know or thought is the best before listing to all of them. Listen to them on a drive or while playing a driving/racing game. Please DON'T tell people to vote for any particular songs, as that is not what this is about. One more thing, Jackiiieeeee! STOP complaining about the songs!!!! Seriously, I asked for input from you guys and if you missed them, you missed them, PERIOD.

This is fun, but the trick is what kind of drive are we one. I know I'd pick one song over the other depending if I'm on a canyon run or driving across the desert. Case in point is Metallica v Black Keys. Whatever, my votes are in!

Narrowing it down to just 64 must've have been a pain to begin with. I can't complain as this helps me discover new music I might not have heard otherwise.

I haven't heard a lot of the songs chosen but I've listened to all of the ones featured in this round and I found them all to be great driving tracks. I have a tag that I started called Testarossa Playlist which I was compiling music one would listen to while driving said Ferrari. I'll have to start expanding on it as I've only made three entries so far.

Plus, they really know how to put a show. I went to their last concert here in Porto Alegre and it was just amazing. I was pretty close to the stage and each beat of the drums or chord was an actual physical force pushing you back.

Hadn't heard that remix yet, but it has a nice, relaxed beat to it, good for cruising, specially on a street by the beach or the shoreline. I'm currently listening to PJ's new album, Lightning Bolt, and to their last single, Sirens, more specifically:

I'd argue that, while I think this is a great song, it isn't really a good driving song, but it works for me right now because of some stuff going on and how the melody and lyrics relate to all that. Problems with girls, amirite? :p

Don't get me wrong, I'm a metalhead, but I fucking hate those pompous pricks. I especially hate that fucker Lars. I wouldn't miss them if they went down in a plane crash. They turned their backs on what made them. I can honestly say I don't enjoy listening to metalica one bit. Then again I'm not really into pussy hard rock trying to be thrash.

There are some damn good vocalists in metal but there are plenty more that are better than hetfield.
